DoW Skillbridge Fellowship- Software Engineer

They are offering a Software Engineering Fellowship designed for transitioning service members participating in the DoW SkillBridge program, providing hands-on experience and mentorship in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside experienced engineers, product managers, and analysts to learn, contribute, and grow
• Gain exposure to projects in areas like data engineering and analysis, cloud-native applications and DevSecOps, low-code/no-code platforms, and Agile team collaboration
• Follow a structured training path, working on internal tools, prototypes, or real-world client challenges based on experience and interests

Requirements:

• An active-duty service member eligible for the DoW SkillBridge program
• Interested in software engineering, data, or technology careers
• Motivated to learn, solve problems, and build high-impact solutions
• A team player with strong communication and time management skills
• Some experience with programming, software development, or data tools
