Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

Healios is a company dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare through digitized clinical pathways. They are seeking a mid-level full-stack software engineer who will take ownership of features and collaborate with both technical and clinical stakeholders in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Proven work experience as a full-stack developer of at least 3 years
• A desire and curiosity to work with a modular monolith Ruby on Rails app (previous RoR experience is desirable)
• Some experience of AWS, Github Actions, Docker, and Grafana will be desirable
• A good understanding of writing modular code via design principles and enthusiasm for writing readable and extensible code
• Initiative and motivation to own tasks to their completion and contribute to success of projects through prototyping
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a fully remote environment while working with technical and clinical stakeholders
• An open and pragmatic mind set
• A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the highest standards of safeguarding of adults/children
