Tymeline is an autonomous initiative management platform that helps companies orchestrate complex programs across human employees, AI agents, and external vendors. They are seeking a founding Account Executive to build out enterprise sales motion as the company scales, with responsibilities including pipeline development, deal execution, and customer expansion across strategic accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts in active and developing stages
- Run end-to-end sales cycles, from initial outreach through technical evaluation, procurement, and contract close
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to engage technical buyers at VP Engineering, CTO, and CISO levels
- Lead discovery conversations and translate technical product capabilities into business value
- Partner with the CEO and founding team on positioning, competitive response, and customer expansion
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and contribute to quarterly revenue planning
- Help shape the sales playbook, onboarding materials, and processes for future sales hires
