InvestX Capital is a late-stage venture fund currently investing out of Fund 5, with a focus on building and scaling their distribution marketing engine. The Director, Channel Marketing & Investor Growth is responsible for driving investor engagement, campaign execution, CRM automation, and qualified lead conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage campaigns targeting: RIAs, Broker-dealers, Wealth managers, Family offices, High-net-worth investors, Existing SPV and fund investors
- Develop segmented email journeys based on: Investor type, Geography, Product interest, Prior engagement, Distribution channel
- Manage campaign calendars tied to: Fund launches, Webinar schedules, Events, Market catalysts, Incentive windows
- Ensure campaigns are delivered consistently, on schedule, and with measurable outcomes
- Build and optimize direct investor acquisition funnels through: In person events, Webinars, Thought leadership, Content downloads, Referrals
- Own lead capture, scoring, routing, nurture, and attribution
- Convert marketing engagement into qualified sales conversations
- Improve visibility into pipeline contribution and conversion metrics
- Own webinar and event marketing workflows including: Registration pages, Invite strategy, Reminder sequences, Attendance reporting, Meetings scheduled, Replay distribution, Post-event follow-up
- Analyze engagement and conversion performance across virtual and in person events
- Own CRM (salesforce) and marketing automation platform (Pardot)
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks by channel and audience segment
- Report bi-weekly on: MQLs, conversion to SQLs, marketing activity performance, pipeline influence, campaign ROI
- Use analytics and AI-enabled tools to optimize segmentation, personalization, campaign timing, and investor engagement
- Partner with wholesalers and national accounts to create structured campaign kits including: Email copy, Follow-up sequences, Webinar invitations, Landing pages, Call scripts, Replay distribution, FAQ links
- Package approved materials into self-serve systems for sales teams
- Track content usage, engagement, and meeting generation
- Improve coordination between marketing, sales, and investor relations
Requirements:
- 5–9+ years of experience in: Financial services marketing, Wealth management marketing, Asset management, Fintech, Alternatives distribution, and/ or Wealthtech
- Hands-on experience with: CRM systems, Email marketing automation, Lead scoring, Webinar workflows, Segmentation strategies, Marketing attribution, Campaign analytics
- Strong understanding of advisor, RIA, family office, and HNW investor buying journeys
- Experience supporting wholesalers, sales teams, and national accounts through scalable campaign infrastructure
- Data-driven mindset with strong organizational and operational capabilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable operating in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments
- Eligibility to travel between the US and Canada as needed
- A Criminal Record Check and Credit Check is required for this position
- Experience leveraging AI tools for campaign operations, segmentation, personalization, reporting, and workflow automation is considered a strong asset
