Sell Then Stay AZ is an Arizona-based real estate company focused on helping homeowners in challenging situations. They are seeking a senior Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts, including paid media, organic content, and reporting, while taking full ownership of the marketing engine.
Responsibilities:
- Own the entire marketing engine: paid media, organic content, attribution, reporting, and creative
- Inherit and optimize 4 active Google Ads campaigns
- Manage Meta Ads for conversions, traffic, lead generation, and retargeting
- Launch a new YouTube Ads channel this quarter
- Ensure conversion tracking and pixel hygiene across various platforms
- Develop an organic social calendar for short-form video across multiple social media platforms
- Write ad copy, landing pages, and CRO content in the brand voice
- Create SMS and email nurture strategies, sequences, and copy
- Provide weekly performance reporting on marketing efforts
- Manage vendors including video editors, designers, photographers, and SEO contractors
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of hands-on marketing experience, including paid media ownership
- Deep Meta Ads Manager experience: campaign build, optimization, and reporting
- Google Ads proficiency in Search, Display, bidding strategies, and keyword management
- GA4 and conversion tracking expertise
- Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills: dashboards, pivot tables, and charts
- Strong written English and the ability to write copy that converts and sounds human
- Experience managing freelancers or outside vendors
- Working knowledge of HubSpot for reading pipelines and reports
- Windsor.ai, Supermetrics, or similar attribution tools
- Canva or a comparable design tool
- Real estate or home services background
