Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads and sales inquiries quickly and professionally
- Qualify prospective customers and identify high-quality opportunities
- Schedule demos and meetings for the sales team
- Build relationships with accounting and bookkeeping professionals
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up consistently
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with prospects over phone and email
- Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and strong team-first mentality
- Ability to stay organized and manage follow-up effectively
- Experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or business development is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with CRM tools is helpful, but we can train the right person
