Cindavi is a leading global manufacturer of high-performance electromagnetic actuators and related products. They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to manage the full sales lifecycle and support their customer base in the off-highway sector, combining technical aptitude with commercial instincts to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue target customers, markets, and new business opportunities within your assigned region
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and RFQs to proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key accounts
- Provide expert technical guidance on the application and utilization of our electromagnetic actuators, valves, and pumps
- Partner with Product Management and Business Unit leadership to communicate market trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and long-term agreements aligned with both customer and company objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or account management within a technical or industrial environment, such as off-highway, equipment, or manufacturing
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- A willingness to travel 40-50% within the United States, with potential travel to Germany for training
- Experience working with OEMs and distributor networks, along with fluid industry knowledge
