Founding UI/UX Engineer

Netic is the AI revenue engine for essential services who are the backbone of the American economy. The role of Founding UI/UX Engineer is essential for creating intuitive interfaces that make powerful AI accessible to non-technical users, ensuring that complex automation capabilities are seamlessly integrated into everyday business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Own the frontend: Architect, build, and iterate on our dashboards and config UIs that let customers steer and trust our AI-powered revenue engine
• Ship polished interactions: Translate Figma mocks into pixel‑perfect, responsive components and features
• Optimize for speed: Ensure fast load times and smooth interactions through performance optimization
• Bridge frontend ↔ backend: Integrate with APIs and real-time data streams effectively
• Guard quality & access: Enforce standards, run usability tests, and work with design to evolve our UX system so every release feels cohesive

Requirements:

• 3+ years with modern JavaScript frameworks
• Expert HTML/CSS skills
• Strong experience with TypeScript and state management patterns
• Demonstrated ability to optimize frontend performance in production
• Experience with frontend testing tools and practices
• Thrive in Figma‑to‑code loops
• Rapid iteration with PMs, designers, and backend peers
