Redactable is an AI-based platform that helps companies permanently redact sensitive information from documents. They are seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle and collaborate with various teams to enhance client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a pipeline of SMB, mid-market, and enterprise opportunities
- Run discovery calls to understand customer workflows, pain points, and compliance requirements
- Proactively conduct outbound activity as it relates to old leads, freemium users, and dormant deals
- Build relationships with decision-makers across different departments
- Actively logging important client information and interactions in our CRM
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date forecast in our CRM
- Collaborate with Customer Success & Support to help maximize client use, value, and satisfaction of Redactable’s offerings
- Provide insights, feedback, market trends, and areas of improvement to internal company leadership
