SmartSuite is a fast-growing SaaS company that empowers teams around the world to streamline business processes. The SmartSuite Associate – Product & Sales Engineer will support the Product Manager and Sales Engineer in productizing and demonstrating SmartSuite for prospective clients by configuring solutions and preparing demo environments.
Responsibilities:
- Configure SmartSuite solutions using our no-code platform
- Support the creation of tailored proof-of-concepts for prospective customers
- Prepare and maintain demo environments for sales and product presentations
- Help translate client requirements and market needs into SmartSuite configurations
- Assist with light solution design and workflow mapping
- Support data setup, cleanup, and light analysis for demos and POCs
- Help document repeatable solution patterns, templates, and demo use cases
- Collaborate with Product and Sales Engineering to refine how SmartSuite is positioned and demonstrated
- Contribute ideas for improving demo quality, solution packaging, and customer-facing workflows
Requirements:
- Strong interest in no-code platforms, SaaS, workflow automation, and business process design
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into practical product setups
- Detail-oriented and comfortable configuring systems, data, fields, views, dashboards, and automations
- Strong problem-solving skills and a builder/operator mindset
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer-facing teams
- Clear communicator with the ability to document processes and explain solutions
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn quickly
- Experience with SmartSuite or another no-code / low-code platform
- Exposure to sales engineering, product operations, customer success, or implementation work
- Experience building demos, templates, workflows, dashboards, or proof-of-concepts
- Basic understanding of business operations, CRM, project management, or workflow automation use cases
- Comfort working with structured data and light analysis
