InsideOut is a U.S.-based virtual assistant company that supports home services businesses. They are seeking a Customer Service representative to handle inbound calls, answer inquiries, and book appointments, ensuring professional and friendly interactions with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Represent the client as if working directly in their office
- Use the client’s standard greeting and approved scripts
- Accurately answer customer inquiries about services
- Book appointments using the client’s CRM or scheduling platform
- Take detailed call summary notes during each interaction
- Record customer contact information, inquiry details, and relevant notes
- Send complete and accurate call summaries to the client after each call
- Send follow-up text messages or emails when required
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail at all times
Requirements:
- C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED, THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL BE SPEAKING STRICTLY IN ENGLISH DURING THEIR WHOLE SHIFT
- Internet speed of at least 40 Mbps with low latency
- Computer with a minimum of 6 cores, 12 threads, and 8 GB RAM
- Reliable backup power source
- Ability to multitask while managing calls and documentation
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Confidence communicating directly with U.S.-based clients
- Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry
- Willingness to receive feedback and make adjustments
- Flexible, dependable, and able to adapt to changing schedules
- Motivated, hardworking, and eager to add value
- Previous BPO or call center experience preferred
