1Password is a leading cybersecurity company focused on creating a safe and productive digital future. They are seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for strategic technology alliances, primarily focusing on AWS, to develop and implement joint go-to-market plans that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Own the global marketing strategy and joint go-to-market planning for AWS and priority technology alliance partners
- Build and execute integrated co-marketing campaigns including digital programs, events, content, webinars, marketplace initiatives, and field activation
- Partner closely with AWS Alliance Managers and partner marketing counterparts to align on shared growth objectives
- Drive measurable pipeline and revenue contribution through partner-sourced and partner-influenced initiatives
- Manage AWS Marketplace marketing initiatives, including co-sell readiness, campaign development, and performance tracking
- Develop joint messaging and value propositions in partnership with Product Marketing
- Enable Sales and Field teams with partner-focused assets, campaigns, and activation toolkits
- Track, report, and communicate performance metrics, pipeline impact, and ROI to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Manage co-marketing budgets and MDF funds to maximize return on investment
- Identify new opportunities within the AWS ecosystem (e.g., ISVs, marketplace promotions, industry campaigns) to expand reach and impact
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3+ years focused on partner or alliance marketing
- Proven experience working with AWS and/or hyperscaler ecosystems
- Strong understanding of cloud marketplaces, co-sell programs, and ecosystem GTM motions
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Experience building and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and field channels
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Alliances
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and optimizing based on data
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS
- Familiarity with AWS Partner Network (APN) programs and funding mechanisms
- Experience managing global or multi-region campaigns
