About this role
Role Overview
- Join the development team, taking ownership of work items planned for each Sprint.
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, configuration management, testing, and deployment.
- Develop solutions focused on quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Manage own deliveries, promptly communicating risks, impediments, or potential delays to the team.
- Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams guided by agile methodologies.
- Experience in developing financial systems.
- Strong knowledge of Java (Java 8+), Spring, and Quarkus.
- Experience with microservices architecture and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with Git, continuous integration, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
- Knowledge of automated testing (JUnit).
- Experience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of messaging and system integration.
- Experience with application servers such as JBoss, WebSphere, or Liberty.
- Experience in modernization and refactoring of legacy applications.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Maven.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or other IT-related fields; or a Bachelor's degree in any field plus a postgraduate specialization in Information Technology.
- Oracle Certified Professional – Java SE Programmer (version 5 or higher)
- CSD – Certified Scrum Developer
- PSD – Professional Scrum Developer
