Requirements
5+ years' experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, paid social, or a related discipline.
A proven track record of leading creative strategy across multiple high-growth brands.
Strong experience developing high-performing creative for Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels.
Demonstrated experience mentoring or managing strategists, editors, designers, or creative teams.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to connect creative decisions directly to performance outcomes.
Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of what drives profitable growth for DTC and e-commerce brands.
Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience presenting strategic recommendations to founders, senior leadership teams, and key decision-makers.
Deep understanding of consumer psychology, behavioural drivers, and conversion principles.
