Own the full P&L of the EOM business unit, ensuring performance and transparency
Partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable plans
Drive business performance through portfolio optimization and revenue enhancement
Implement and improve a robust Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
Ensure strong governance, risk management, and compliance with internal policies
Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing finance team

Senior finance leader with proven experience in full P&L responsibility within complex environments
Strong business partner with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
Expert in financial planning, analysis, and performance management
Experience in digital transformation and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, Power BI)
Solid understanding of Business IT and its role in driving operational excellence
Experience with S&OP or integrated business planning processes
Highly analytical, data-driven, and commercially minded
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building high-performing teams
Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable in dynamic environments
Fluent in English and Dutch and willing to travel internationally.
