Manage and convert inbound leads while proactively prospecting and pursuing new business
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close using a consultative, client-first approach
Present SEO, AEO, paid search, social, and web solutions to attorneys and marketing professionals, connecting services directly to case volume and growth goals
Maintain accurate CRM records across deal stages, activities, and communications
Own your number with full accountability from pipeline to performance reporting
Partner with account management for seamless client onboarding
Stay current on legal industry trends, competitor activity, and digital marketing developments
Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
7+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in legal tech, legal services, or digital marketing/SaaS
Proven track record selling to attorneys or law firm leadership
JD or legal background strongly preferred, but not required
Working fluency in SEO, paid media, and digital marketing
Strong consultative selling and active listening skills
CRM proficiency and comfort with sales technology
Able to get up to speed quickly and work effectively without heavy structure
