Maintain stakeholder relationships and strategically partner with the business to drive hiring needs.
Act as a full-cycle recruiter who understands how to source quickly and creatively, while keeping the candidate experience top of mind.
Effectively pre-screen/interview candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the full recruitment process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent; ensuring goals are met.
Provide market research as a subject matter expert in guiding the recruitment process, adding value to key stakeholders.
Always maintain an elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with high volume labor positions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers in order to drive effective recruitment.
Strong sense of urgency and flexibility, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
