Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of frontline sales colleagues in designated area
Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory, aligning goals and driving performance
Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance, and focused on skill development
Facilitate one-on-one debriefs to build effective communication and understanding training needs
Ensure team meets or exceeds all activity standards for Field Sales Colleague performance
Monitor progress against revenue objectives; jointly accountable with Operations for APITDA realization
Serve as steward of the RentokilTerminix business model to ensure company programs are delivered with excellence

At least one (1) year of Rentokil Terminix experience in designated field with RTX
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
Ability to perform basic business mathematics and analyze sales data
