Staff Product Designer

Role Overview

• Own product design end-to-end for Fun
• Identify what needs to change and start making things better immediately
• Design deposit and withdrawal flows that adapt, convert, and feel native
• Deliver every user a personalized, delightful experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle product and design challenges

Requirements

• 6+ years of product or interaction design experience, with some of that at staff or lead level
• Experience designing consumer-facing financial or crypto products
• Mastery of Figma and component-based design systems
• A portfolio that demonstrates both craft and thinking
• you design and think about complete experiences, not just screens and pixels
• Strong grasp of motion design and how animation enhances (not decorates) usability
• Comfortable collaborating directly with frontend engineers
• you know enough about React and CSS to have a real conversation
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a particular focus on visual detail
• typography, spacing, hierarchy, color and the why behind every interaction
• Highly autonomous
• you can define the problem, set your own direction, and execute without being managed
• Clear communicator who can bring engineers, PMs, and stakeholders along on design decisions
