Requirements
- A solid understanding of how YouTube works (hooks, pacing, watch time, CTR)
- Strong writing skills and a sense for storytelling that keeps viewers engaged
- Ability to work independently and an eye for the big picture
- Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for diving into new topics
- Plus: experience with explainer-style or B2B content
