Supports a commercial region or customer segment
Serves as the principal CMA CGM contact for customer rate inquiries for import or export
Responsible for maintaining understanding of trade lanes to grow market share
Partners with field sales and works with trade/line to provide quotations
Organizes and expedites customer contracts
Expediting all issues by quickly resolving to reduce service failures or loss of business

1-3 years minimum experience in inside sales, sales, or customer service
Minimum 1 year transportation industry experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
The ability to establish priorities and organize time effectively
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Attention to details
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Working knowledge of commercial and financial terminology of international trade
Proven computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite
