Ensure your hired candidates are rated as high quality in their first 6-month review, proving a deep understanding of role requirements and a rigorous assessment process that selects for long-term success and cultural contribution
Establish yourself as a trusted talent advisor to your primary hiring managers, consistently achieving high satisfaction on internal feedback by providing expert market insights, co-creating effective interview plans, and influencing decisions to ensure the best possible hire is made
Requirements
Proven experience managing end to end hiring processes with different seniorities
6-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically focusing on senior-level in a high-growth technology company (fintech, SaaS, or a similar fast-paced environment is a strong plus)
Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists) and corporate functions
Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
Demonstrates a builder's mindset, proactively identifying process gaps and helping to create the solutions that will allow us to scale effectively
