Establish and drive procurement of materials and services in support of business requirements
Procurement activities, including RFQ processes, supplier selection, purchase order placement, monitoring deliveries and services, along with monitoring supplier performance
Support the procurement strategy through aligning data, analytics, data visualization, and reporting
Manage supplier communication
Work with Technical and Functional teams on requirements, need dates, and support projects and business goals, and milestones
Ensure that the suppliers acknowledge purchase orders, confirm delivery accurately within quoted lead-times, and coordinate past due delivery with the supplier
Work with suppliers and Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment under agreed terms.
Lead deployment and implementation of new procurement initiatives and systemic continuous improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree minimum required
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Procurement required
Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status.
Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
