Role Overview
- Define and document robust, scalable architectures through ADRs and RFCs, ensuring effective implementation.
- Lead technically on high-complexity projects, working cross-functionally across multiple teams.
- Integrate AI/LLM solutions and agents via MCP into the product ecosystem, enabling intelligent automation.
- Monitor and improve the operational health of systems using SLOs, observability, and runbooks.
- Mentor Tech Leads and Senior Engineers to develop technical autonomy and governance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software development and technical leadership on large-scale projects.
- Advanced knowledge of distributed systems architecture, microservices, and REST/gRPC APIs.
- Proficiency in programming languages for scalable backend development.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs in production and integration via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience with cloud computing (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and best practices in observability and reliability.
