Perform structured customer onboarding (1:1 calls & sessions)
Step-by-step introduction to the Linkster Performance Cloud
Assist with setting up configurations and process workflows (e.g., campaign structure, tracking, influencer selection, briefs)
Share best practices in performance influencer marketing
Ensure customers see initial results and successes quickly
Work closely with Customer Success & Tech on questions or challenges
Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process
Create and refine onboarding materials (guides, templates, training content)
Ensure all new customers are accurately and systematically recorded in the CRM following defined onboarding processes

Solid understanding of influencer marketing — you know how campaigns are structured, how performance is measured, and how collaboration with creators works
Strong service mindset — you are committed to helping customers and making them successful
Solution-oriented thinking — you find pragmatic ways to advance customers and can assess customer needs and outline solutions
You work independently, in a structured way, and reliably, taking ownership of your responsibilities
Quick learner — you grasp new tools and processes fast
Interest in teaching and enabling others
Confident on calls and able to lead conversations proactively
Interest in the SaaS and e-commerce industries (not required but a plus)
Fluent spoken and written German and English
