About this role
Role Overview
Supporting customers in resolving enquiries and providing timely assistance.
Handling customer calls, emails, and chats while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and reported issues within the Call Management System.
Assessing customer queries, identifying appropriate resolutions, and coordinating escalations where required.
Contributing to projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
Student status (must have)
Any helpdesk experience is welcome
Have good working knowledge of computer configurations and operating systems (engineering studies preferred)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer care skills
Previous knowledge of project work
Language Skills: Excellent English, written and verbal
