Role Overview
- Head of the Technical, Projects and Installation department
- Technical contact for project managers and site managers
- Preparation and processing of tenders and proposals
- Quality assurance in production
- Management of change orders/claims
Requirements
- Technical or commercial degree, or further qualification as a master craftsman in electrical engineering or in civil/road construction, or a comparable degree
- Several years of professional experience in line/cable construction
- Leadership skills
- Knowledge of VOB and contract law
- Business-fluent English (negotiation-level)
- Respectful leadership style with open communication and a constructive error culture
