About this role
Role Overview
Provide administrative and programmatic support for Partner Services Department
Coordinate daily communication with partner agencies
Maintain department website page and partner agency portal
Coordinate departmental meetings and provide meeting minutes
Ensure all data platforms are updated
Coordinate partner training and onboarding sessions
Handle departmental communication tools administration
Provide support for capacity-building grant processes and reporting
Submit check requests through DocuSign
Requirements
High School Diploma from an accredited school or GED
1-2 years of relevant administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Document management and project management tools knowledge
Ability to learn new software systems
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with a diverse population
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to integrity, ethics, and confidentiality
