About this role
Role Overview
Gather, document and manage business and technical requirements.
Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Map current and future-state customer identity processes.
Support customer identity migration and implementation activities.
Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts including requirements, process maps and impact assessments.
Work closely with architects, engineers and programme stakeholders throughout delivery.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
Strong Business Analysis experience within large-scale technology transformation programmes.
Previous experience working on Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) initiatives.
Experience supporting identity platform implementation or migration programmes.
Knowledge of authentication, authorisation and customer identity management concepts.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
