Role Overview
- Support the design and delivery of a Customer Identity & Access Management transformation programme
- Lead solution design activities and provide architectural oversight
- Define target-state Customer Identity architecture
- Develop architecture roadmaps and governance
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and business teams
- Ensure solutions align with security and operational requirements
- Provide technical leadership throughout programme delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture
- Strong hands-on ForgeRock architecture experience
- Experience leading identity platform implementations
- Deep understanding of identity and access management principles
- Experience designing enterprise-scale authentication and identity solutions
- OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML and MFA expertise preferred
- Cloud-based identity architecture experience preferred
