Collaborating with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business goals.
Designing and implementing programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws.
Identifying and mitigating risks related to employee management.
Analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Providing regular reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.
Supporting processes related to client support, change management, performance management, training and development, culture, inclusion, employee engagement, morale and retention.
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
3+ years’ experience in HR operations, transactional HR, or related roles, especially within AT&T tools
Strong understanding of HR processes and data confidentiality standards
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and deliver accurate work under deadlines
Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency with HR systems (Workday experience highly preferred)
Comfort with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
