Design, implement and continuously improve a people development strategy that equips TEKEVER employees with the skills, leadership and career paths needed to meet current and future business needs.
Manage training activities end-to-end: needs analysis, curriculum design, internal/external delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with business leaders and people managers to identify capability gaps and create targeted development plans.
Develop and maintain onboarding and induction processes to ensure a consistent and engaging experience for new hires.
Coordinate internal subject-matter experts, external vendors and training providers to deliver high-quality interventions.
Support performance and talent processes by contributing to development frameworks, succession planning and career pathways.
Measure impact through learning metrics, feedback and post-training performance indicators; present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, inclusion and psychological safety across the organization.
Manage learning budgets, procurement and administrative aspects of people development activities.
Champion digital learning solutions and maintain learning management system content and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in learning & development, talent development or organizational development roles.
Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions (classroom, e-learning, coaching and on-the-job learning).
Strong facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with experience using learning metrics and evaluation frameworks to demonstrate impact.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented approach with a passion for developing people and leaders.
Fluency in English and Portuguese; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
