Role Overview
- Manage a portfolio in the growing Ohio market
- Oversee a large portfolio of properties
- Supervise two Assistant Regional Property Manager
- Implement policies, procedures, and practices to meet financial goals
- Review and evaluate residential investments
- Identify, direct and correct onsite operational deficiencies
Requirements
- Minimum of (4) years' experience as the District/Regional Manager supervising multiple properties
- 5 to 7 years of experience working in affordable housing programs to include LIHTC required
- Ability to recruit and supervise successful management teams
- Proven track record for successful lease ups of new communities and/or Rehabs
- Proven record in maintaining high occupancy and collection rates
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) or other industry designation preferred
- Must remain 'on call' for all property emergencies
- Experience in overseeing third party management contracts preferred
- Experience in reviewing, preparing, and presenting ownership reports and budgets preferred
