Requirements

Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment.
Attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough quality checks on instructional materials.
Interest in facilitation, workforce development, and operational or manufacturing learning environments.
Willingness to travel occasionally to support training delivery and learning events.
