Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects from initiation through launch and post-release support
Define project scope, objectives, timelines and success metrics
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure alignment with business goals, brand standards, and user experience best practices
Support Product Manager with managing vendors, agencies, and third-party technology partners when needed
Oversee quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and releases if needed
Creation of Adobe AEM websites like landing pages and similar
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience managing digital projects
Strong project management skills with hands-on experience in digital delivery
Proactive approach to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and development of the platform
Solid understanding of digital technologies, latest trends
Knowledge of AI backed solutions is a plus
Good knowledge of UX standards for Web and Mobile
Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving, risk management, and prioritization abilities
Project management tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Sharepoint)
Collaboration tools
CMS and digital platforms (Adobe Experience Manager – strongly preferred – including experience with migration projects; experience with other CMS will also be considered)
Good knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS would be a plus
Analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Power Automate)
