Manage and grow Mobility OEM customers (Bus, Trucks, Tipper, 2W) especially in the field of Commercial Vehicle segment.
Establish new products in the market.
Customer facing role by proper coordination of the activities with team members and other functions (Technology, Operations & Supply Chain) and other business units in support of program/product strategies.
Responsibility to deliver the budgeted revenue numbers and the profitability of the business in the region.
Sustain and develop new customers in Commercial Vehicle segment for Mobility customers ( (Bus, Trucks, Tipper, 2W) ) in the region.
Development of sustainable relationships at different levels of OEM customer.
Implementation / Monitoring / Coordination of OEM related projects.
Co ordinating with Technology team and support sales team for new product developments and implementation in market.
Adding New Product approvals and New customers at OEM Delivery of the budgeted revenue and the EBITDA numbers for the region.
Requirements
Graduate degree in Chemical Engineering/ Paint Technology.
Business management degree in marketing would be desirable.
Adept at working in a multi-cultural environment.
Experience working in a global environment a plus.
Knowledge of paint industry and paint application processes.
Must possess at least 7-10 years of relevant coatings industry experience with proven track record to include a combination of technical, process and commercial roles.
Ability to influence customers and establish strong customer relationships.
Capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and leading multi-functional teams without direct control.
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with data-based decision-making capability.
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product offerings / solutions.
Strong communication skills along with Proficiency in MS Office is a must with presentation skill.
Experience using SalesForce.com and information databases a plus.
Ability to collaborate and build teamwork is essential.
Ability to travel extensively based on need.
