Lead and facilitate the creation of Project Charters by collaborating with stakeholders to convert business cases into defined scope, timelines, budget, and measurable success criteria.
Manage end-to-end delivery of eCommerce technology projects, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and within-budget execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including but not limited to engineering, QA, product, UX, and business stakeholders) to drive alignment, change management and delivery.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective team execution.
Support Agile adoption by coaching teams and stakeholders on best practices and fostering continuous improvement.
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues; remove impediments to maintain delivery momentum.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Monitor project progress using KPIs (e.g., velocity, timelines, quality) and provide regular status reporting to leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or equivalent certification is a plus.
4–7 years of experience in project management for software development, preferably Digital Experience.
Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, especially in environments transitioning from traditional methodologies.
Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms, web technologies, APIs, and systems integration.
Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com).
