Organic Growth Lead

Role Overview

• Drive organic revenue and revenue share as primary KPIs with clear attribution to business outcomes
• Build and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy across technical, on-page, and off-page
• Own branded keyword positioning, monitor, protect, and grow brand search presence
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across the full organic funnel based on data
• Report on organic performance with clear attribution to revenue outcomes
• Lead and grow a small organic team developing people, delegating effectively, and driving a culture of ownership and accountability
• Own ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of organic landing pages and key site sections
• Ensure web content and page updates remain within compliance and legal guidelines
• Optimize organic pages' structure, UX signals, and on-page elements to improve both rankings and conversion
• Develop and execute a content roadmap aligned with SEO priorities and business goals
• Audit, refresh, and improve underperforming pages to boost rankings and conversions
• Build high-quality backlinks through targeted outreach and partnership development
• Nurture relationships with content sites, media outlets, and industry authorities
• Monitor backlink quality, anchor text distribution, and link velocity
• Serve as the go-to owner for any Shopify migration-related topics
• Ensure proper URL structure, redirects, and canonical setup to preserve rankings
• Audit pre
• and post-migration performance, catch and fix drops fast
• Collaborate with developers to maintain technical SEO health throughout the transition.

Requirements

• 3–6 years in SEO, organic growth, or digital marketing (D2C or e-commerce preferred)
• Proven track record of growing organic traffic and revenue with measurable results
• Strong technical SEO expertise: crawlability, site migrations, structured data
• Experience managing content strategy and link-building campaigns
• Proficient with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush
• Comfortable navigating compliance and regulated content environments
• Strong project management skills: self-directed, meets deadlines, drives things forward.
