Write and formalize the strategy for presenting the offer within the category
Simplify the customer's purchase experience by presenting the offer in terms of user value
Gather the selected product and service assortment
Organize in-store placement and adjust as necessary
Provide materials that enable stores to implement the offer quickly and easily
Create planograms
Develop and provide a deployment kit for stores (step-by-step instructions, placement photos, product sheets, etc.)
Create and implement customer-facing educational tools (e.g., silent seller displays)
Monitor the performance of offer presentation using quantitative and qualitative indicators (customer feedback, product turnover rate, implementation rate of new ranges, etc.) and implement action plans to improve offer efficiency.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing / Business (Bachelor's or Master's)
At least 3 years' experience in retail merchandising or proven retail sales experience
Proficient with software tools such as Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Slides...)
Familiarity with other merchandising tools (Klee, etc.)
