About this role

Design, develop, and deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable Android applications
Implement new features using modern Android technologies and best practices
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and other developers
Contribute to application architecture decisions and promote clean, maintainable code
Participate actively in code reviews and technical discussions
Develop and maintain automated unit and UI tests
Ensure stability, performance, and reliability of Android applications in production
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and application defects
Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams
Provide technical support and expertise to internal stakeholders
Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring activities

At least 5 years' experience in demanding mobile development environments
Proficiency in Kotlin and the Android SDK
Experience with Jetpack Compose, legacy Android Views, Coroutines, Flow, LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation Component, and MVVM architecture
Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks (Koin, Hilt, Dagger)
Understanding of RESTful APIs, unit testing, UI testing, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Scrum/Agile methodologies
Fluent in English; French is considered an asset
