Requirements
A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically managing and scaling TikTok Shop accounts (both affiliate and back-end operations).
Livestream management experience is a massive plus.
A deep, comprehensive understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem, its tools, and consumer behavior.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and delegate tasks effectively to a team.
Strong reporting and analytical skills; you don't just look at numbers, you turn them into growth strategies.
A proactive, highly organized, and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to get the job done outside the regular 9-5 when campaigns are heating up.
