Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years in branch banking or related operations/support function
- 12+ months of successful Santander experience related to essential functions
- 18+ months of cash handling experience
- 18+ months of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- Proficient in cash handling and maintaining audit logs
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
