Provide high-quality functional support to Yooz clients.
Analyze and document requests submitted by our clients.
Deliver fast, effective solutions to meet their needs, resolve issues they encounter, and track those resolutions through to completion.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Project, R&D, IT) to respond to client requests and ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Guide clients in using and configuring the software from a functional perspective.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Yooz solution by reporting client feedback and suggestions.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Degree in accounting (Bachelor’s
Bac+3 or Master’s
Bac+5) or equivalent, or proven professional experience as an accountant.
Familiarity with the accounting firm ecosystem, including invoice digitization software and accounting ERPs such as Cegid, Sage, Isagri, Fulll, NetSuite, ACD, M3, EBP, etc.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a clear, professional, and courteous manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer focus and a passion for helping clients resolve issues.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team to resolve customer problems.
Good adaptability and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
