Collaborate with auditors and Group ICS to generate data-driven insights for internal audit and control activities.
Develop data analytics capabilities by setting up tools, processes, and frameworks for data-driven auditing.
Promote data utilization across the audit value chain, from risk assessment to audit execution and monitoring.
Extract, transform, and analyze datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and control weaknesses.
Create visual dashboards and reports to support both ICS and audit risk assessments, findings, and recommendations.
Contribute to the automation of testing key financial reporting and IT controls, supporting the continuous control monitoring initiative.
Design methodologies and tools for data-related audit and ICS processes.
Build business relationships with stakeholders across Axpo Group while developing your knowledge and business awareness.

A degree (completed or ongoing) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent.
2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, ideally working in Internal Audit or Internal Controls.
Strong analytical skills, including experience in data extraction, cleaning, and visualization.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Databricks, or equivalent tools.
Knowledge of internal audit, internal controls, risk management, and data governance.
Understanding of financial or trading applications (preferred but not required).
Exceptional interpersonal skills with empathy and assertiveness.
A proactive mindset with ownership and perseverance to deliver quality work.
Driven to build professional connections and navigate ambiguity.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Fluent spoken German is a significant advantage. Other languages, such as French or Spanish, are welcomed.
