Create graphics, presentations, and complex/customized editorial content for use on print, web, campaigns, social media, events, and executive briefings
Design layouts for marketing deliverables including emails, web pages, advertisements, brochures, and more
Produce event materials and tradeshow/environmental graphics
Source imagery/photography and editing as required
Exhibit great eye for design and detail, knowledge of graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography), and a keen understanding of how design functions across various media platforms (UI/UX)
Apply corporate branding guidelines and design the best practices to create strong marketing materials and a consistent look and feel in the market
Conceptualize and execute original and engaging design solutions that contribute to the visual idea, enhance the attractiveness of the message, and help to clarify and accent its meaning
Translate abstract design concepts to stakeholders
Interpret and influence both the external and internal stakeholders within your business environments and create positive relationships
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively reprioritizing, when necessary, as determined by competitive issues
Plan and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
Maintain project documentation and progress tracker
Follow and maintain the established file management process and procedures
Create motion graphics/animation solutions
Develop storyboards and create/edit videos
Create web page mockups and assets including static images and motion graphics/animations for websites/web pages
Provides art direction
Direct and oversee production from concept to completion
Justify creative decisions with sound marketing rationale
Establish original design templates for different marketing materials
Ensure design quality, branding standards, and strategic goals are met
Supporting business in creative planning development
Develop, direct, and implement new creative ideas in all marketing-initiated projects
Lead and participate in design reviews/presentations, brainstorming, and creative discussions.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree holder
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Skilled in creating visually engaging designs for both print and digital platforms
Experienced in video editing, motion graphics, and post-production workflows
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Familiar with Creatopy (HTML5) for creating interactive and animated digital ads (nice-to-have skill)
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
