Provide guidance and mentoring to operations team members
Manage project escalations to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion
Partner with internal stakeholders to address issues and improve research project performance
Collaborate with senior management on process enhancements
Investigate and manage project escalations

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Qualitative Market Research
3+ years of project management experience
Experience in healthcare focused Market Research preferred
Experience with complex market research projects including programming, intricate sampling, international translations, or patient referrals (preferred)
Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to meet departmental objectives
