Role Overview
- Lead the strategy and delivery of injector education programs
- Align training with skill levels and business goals
- Partner cross-functionally to execute impactful clinical initiatives
- Develop KOLs and support key accounts
- Coach Clinical Specialists
- Track performance through KPIs
- Ensure compliant, efficient program execution
- Provide strategic input into AMI programs
- Partner with Sales and Marketing for engagement strategies
- Lead on-site execution of programs
- Support KOL development for training and speaking engagements
- Establish and track KPIs
- Develop tailored pathways and educational programs
- Deliver coaching and mentoring to clinical specialist team
- Coordinate shadow days and provide coaching support to new CS hires
- Assess competencies for effective development plans
- Collaborate with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams for compliance
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in science or health related
- Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner designation with >5 years clinical experience
- Experience in Health Education and Training an asset.
- Prior commercial (marketing, sales, training) non-clinical experience an asset
- Aesthetics industry expertise an asset.
- Flexibility to travel (with potential overnight business) up to 30%
- Valid passport
- Valid drivers license
