Create scalable programs that drive specification, adoption, and recurring revenue opportunities.
Identify emerging market trends and competitive dynamics within residential construction, smart home technology, and home energy management.
Own revenue, profitability, and market share objectives for the builder and developer channel.
Build strategic partnerships with top national builders, multifamily developers, and master-planned community operators.
Drive adoption of Savant's complete intelligent living and energy management platform.
Cultivate executive-level relationships with major builders, developers, utilities, HVAC manufacturers, solar providers, and strategic ecosystem partners.
Recruit, develop, and lead a best-in-class national builder sales organization.
Partner with Marketing to develop builder-focused programs, model home strategies, and demand-generation initiatives.
Requirements
10+ years of executive sales leadership experience within residential construction, building products, smart home technology, energy management, HVAC, electrical, or adjacent industries.
Proven success managing national builder and developer relationships.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex multi-million-dollar agreements.
Experience leading and scaling high-performing sales organizations.
Strong understanding of residential construction channels and go-to-market strategies.
