Role Overview
- Configure, deploy, and support end-user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, handheld scanners)
- Build and maintain a standard catalogue of approved EUC hardware
- Gather and validate device requirements with stakeholders across sites
- Provide input on device standards, configurations, and deployment plans
- Support on-site setup, testing, go-live, and early life support (including travel when needed)
- Ensure partner devices (e.g. SI and BI teams) are correctly configured and secure
- Troubleshoot issues during deployment to minimise disruption
- Produce clear documentation and handover to support teams
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and D365 teams to meet performance and compliance standards
Requirements
- Experience in EUC, desktop support, or IT deployment in enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on skills with Windows devices, printers, and scanning equipment
- Exposure to large-scale rollouts or transformation programmes
- Experience with device imaging and tools like Intune or Endpoint Manager
- Ability to manage hardware standards and documentation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Experience in global or multi-site IT environments (desirable)
- Knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, SCCM or similar tools (desirable)
- Experience with handheld devices in warehouse/retail settings (desirable)
- Familiarity with ITIL and early life support practices (desirable)
- Experience supporting third-party/partner devices (desirable)
