Role Overview
- Lead the onboarding process for customers
- Guide clients through account management post-activation
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of services
- Develop retention and mitigation strategies
- Collect and analyze consumer behaviour data to resolve issues efficiently
- Represent the voice of the customer internally for product improvements
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and French
- Proven track record in Account Management or Customer Success
- Skilled at upselling, cross-selling, and identifying growth opportunities
- Proficient with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Technical proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to analyze consumer behaviour data
- Strong communication skills for presenting to executive and C-level leadership
